Latency and pages not loading on the LearnUpon application in the US Region
Resolved - On 6th October, between 19:20 UTC+1 (13:20 EST) and 20:03 UTC+1 (14:03 EST), some customers in our US region may have experienced issues with latency and slow page loads. Our team identified the issue and worked to restore full service, which was confirmed at 20:03 UTC+1 (14:03 EST). All services are now operating normally.
