All systems are operating normally.

We apologize for the disruption earlier. The majority of our period of monitoring & investigation was focussed on clearing background processing tasks based on their priority. All users have been able to login and use LearnUpon since 4am UTC.

We will be finalising our investigations and remediation steps over the next few days and will be happy to share additional details with any impacted customer, just reach out to your Customer Success or Customer Support team contacts.

Update
We're finally almost clear of all pending background processing for the lowest priority background work. We now have an ETA of less than 1 hour for all remaining low priority background tasks. The nature of these tasks are non-user-impacting. A further update will follow within that timeframe.

Update
We continue to clear the backlog of batch jobs remaining to be processed. All portals continue to operate as normal. A further update will be provided in 30 minutes.

Monitoring
Portal access remains healthy, no issues since our update 5 hours ago). Delays in batch job processing is still being worked with delays experienced now typically under 30 minutes. We are working to remove any delays and return all operations to normal, and will provide an update again in 30 minutes.

We have identified the issue and are continuing to monitor to ensure that portal connectivity is operational. There is a delay with some batch jobs which we are working to resolve.
