We can confirm that the AWS issue has had no further effect on our US-based portals. We now consider the matter closed. Our apologies for the inconvenience of the earlier disruption.

Monitoring

We've implemented workarounds for a significant AWS incident, and will continue to monitor performance. For now, all requests to our US region should once again be working as expected. This includes API calls.
