Document Conversion Issue

We are currently investigating an issue impacting document conversion. Any new course module documents uploaded to LearnUpon are affected, and will fail to convert for the time being. Course authors will be greeted with an error message telling them the conversion has failed.

Please note that existing documents in courses are not affected, and learners can continue to take their courses and view documents as normal.

***UPDATE 19:14 UTC***: Earlier today, our document conversion service, Box.com, experienced a partial outage which impacted LearnUpon's document conversion on new module creation. This issue has now been resolved. Almost all document conversion requests are now being processed as normal. If you are faced with a conversion error, please try uploading again.

As per earlier, this does not affect existing documents (or the learner experience) in any way.
