We have identified a fix for the issue and we are preparing a change which will resolve the problem.

Investigating

We are currently investigating a reported issue in which invite acceptance or self-registration is failing when reCAPTCHA is enabled. A workaround exists to create users, thereby granting access to the platform. We are actively working toward a permanent resolution for this issue.
