We experienced a higher than normal error rate for SAML SSO login attempts, between 10:25 and 14:55, that affected a high percentage of SSO attempts. A very small number of customers were impacted by a related caching issue later in the day for approximately 1 hour. This relates only to SSO login attempts and did not impact the app in any other way, nor did it impact existing user sessions.
