**UPDATE 16:19**: All white-labelled portals are now operating as normal. Apologies for the inconvenience.
**UPDATE 15:53**: We've identified a threat detection a configuration issue which is currently being rectified. We expect white-labelled portals to come back online in the next couple of minutes and to be all online by 16:15-16:20 UTC.

We're investigating elevated errors on White-labelled portals and will provide an update within 15 minutes.
